There can only be one delivery address allowed per order. Multiple shipping addresses must be placed in separate online orders.
Deliveries will usually be dispatched within 7-14 days from when payment was processed, if there are any changes in estimated delivery times, supply, replacement products etc these will be fully communicated with the online customer.
Lost Shipments
All shipments will be considered lost if they have not arrived after 20 business days. Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund. Packages with a confirmed delivery by a delivery confirmation number are not eligible for a refund. Please make sure the shipping address you use for your order is to a safe and secure location as packages that are stolen after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Incorrect Addresses
Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be assessed a 20% surcharge.

International orders can be processed online and paid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Paypal.
Custom Duty and Taxes
Most international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details.
